Dr. Caroline Rickards named Graduate Advisor for Integrative Physiology Discipline

Dr. Caroline Rickards, professor of physiology and anatomy, has been appointed as the new graduate advisor for the Integrative Physiology discipline.
Dr. Rickards brings a wealth of experience to the role including management of a thriving research laboratory, teaching cardiovascular and respiratory physiology to graduate and medical students, and previously serving as program director for the Medical Science Research Track.
In this role, Dr. Rickards will work closely with faculty, students and CBTS Leadership to advise all students in the discipline, participate as a member of Education Council, serve on the CBTS traditional admissions committee, and serve as the liaison between the discipline and the Dean’s office.
She was preceded in the role by Dr. Rong Ma, professor of physiology and anatomy.
