About NadeemMaster of Health Administration Hometown: Meerut, India |
Why did you choose UNT Health College of Public Health?
After serving as an international physician, I came to understand the necessity of
improving my healthcare administrative abilities to guarantee that communities receive
cost-effective, high-quality care. I found that UNT Health, with its innovative curriculum,
dedicated faculty and strong emphasis on public health, is the optimal location. Through
the integration of healthcare management, policy and leadership skills, the program
cultivates an interdisciplinary approach. There is an opportunity for students to
engage in hands-on training and gain access to a diverse network of healthcare professionals.
In accordance with the principles of prospective healthcare executives, the university
prioritizes the enhancement of patient outcomes and community health. For the acquisition
of the necessary skills for effective healthcare administration, the supportive environment
is an optimal location, as it fosters growth and collaboration. I am also enamored
of Fort Worth due to its climate and culture.
How do you plan on applying the knowledge you gain to your future career?
I intend to leverage the knowledge acquired during my MHA program at UNT Health to
achieve my objective of offering affordable, high-quality care by employing a variety
of strategies. Initially, I will apply my comprehension of healthcare policies and
management to the creation of cost-effective systems that preserve high standards
of care while reducing expenses. Secondly, I will engage in data-driven decision-making
to pinpoint areas for improvement in patient outcomes and service delivery. Furthermore,
I intend to participate in community outreach and partnerships to guarantee access
to care for underserved populations and to address health disparities. In the end,
my objective is to develop sustainable healthcare solutions that prioritize affordability
and quality for all.
