Facilities Management is responsible for processing work requests in response to the needs of the UNT Health community, and we accomplish this through our work order system.  

To process your request and follow-up, we will need: 

  • Specific location (building, floor, room)
  • Description of issue or need with requested due date
  • Name as listed in directory, phone number, and email address
  • Department name and school

Facilities Related Emergencies:

For issues that need to be addressed immediately, please contact us directly by phone:

  • Normal Business Hours - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm:  Call Facilities at 817-735-2181.
  • After Hours:  UNT Health Police non-emergency line at 817-735-2210
