Chief Residence Conference. Faculty Development Center. Chief Resident Leadership Skills Conference. May 18-19, 2026, or May 22, 2026.

Join us for the 2026 Chief Resident Conference in Fort Worth or virtually. This conference offers both in-person and virtual sessions specifically designed for Chief Residents. Participants will engage in large-group learning, small-group discussion, and role-specific training led by expert faculty from across Texas. The sessions will include:

  • Clarifying the Chief Resident Role
  • Strengthening Observation and Feedback Skills
  • Leveraging Myers-Briggs for Communication 
  • Advancing Leadership Skills
  • Navigating Conflict Effectively 
  • Building Professional Networks

Virtual (Zoom):
