Training

To demonstrate its commitment to the highest standards of ethics and compliance, UNT Health requires all employees and students to complete mandatory compliance training, either annually or upon hire. This includes new hire training, annual mandatory training for employees and students, as well as specialized or job-specific training. The Office of Institutional Integrity and Awareness (OIIA) oversees this process and notifies individuals via email when training is due. Through the Learn UNT Health platform, employees and students receive essential compliance education that fosters a strong culture of integrity, safety, and inclusion across the UNT Health community.

Campus Policies

UNT Health policies aim to create a safe, respectful, and integrity-focused environment that supports both learning and work. The Office of Institutional Integrity and Awareness (OIIA) conducts regular policy reviews to ensure they align with state and federal laws, UNT System Regulations, Regents Rules, and the mission and vision of UNT Health. OIIA also supports policy owners in developing policies and procedures, working closely with the UNT System Office of General Counsel to ensure legal compliance.
