UNT Health Clinical Practice Group is the academic clinical practice of UNT Health Fort Worth. We are dedicated to improving the health and quality of life for the people of Tarrant County and beyond.

- Visit UNThealth.edu/patient-care/ and select “Schedule an Appointment.” From there, you can indicate whether you’re a new or returning patient, find a provider, and request an appointment.
Virtual appointments are available via video or phone call.
To reduce waiting times and maintain distance in our waiting rooms, we ask that you schedule an appointment in advance.
